Practica Learning – Coaching & Role-Play

As a Role-Player/Coach with Practica Learning, I'm now in service to seven clients through the service, most recently Morningstar. I act out scenarios virtually with their employees and then jump out to coach them on their communication skills. And, since I do this work from home, Chico gets to observe just off camera.
